NOTE: For you to forward calls remotely, we are assuming you have installed and set up Grandstream Mobile.

1) To enable call forwarding, click on Settings --> Accounting Settings --> Select your extension --> Enable Call Forward and select Call Forward Settings --> Select Unconditional follow by entering the number in All to section.
